All PCAC rotation requests are processed electronically using the web and e-mail between student, the hospital, and the MSUCOM Clinical Clerkship Office. Please use the appropriate link below.
1. New For processing PCAC rotation requests
2. Change For processing a change of service or date within the same MSUCOM Base hospital
Important-all "change" requests must be processed and approved by the COM Clinical Clerkship Office a minimum of 4 weeks prior to that rotation's start date.
3. Drop For dropping a scheduled PCAC rotation
Important-all "drop" requests must be processed and approved by the COM Clinical Clerkship Office a minimum of 4 weeks prior to that rotation's start date.
